The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Easton, Connecticut, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 124 of the Connecticut General Statutes (CGS Section 8‐1 et seq.), as amended, has adopted and established the following Zoning Regulations:

Pursuant to Public Act No. 516, as enacted by the 1947 General Assembly, the Planning and Zoning Commission has adopted and enacted the following regulations covering the subdivision of land within the Town of Easton:
