TOGETHER FOR PROCESSING. 

PERMIT APPLICATIONS CAN NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PAYMENT

  • Applications can be dropped off in person or mailed into the Building Department

  • We do not accept any permit applications by email

FILE SEARCH HOURS

MONDAY-FRIDAY :  9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

  • ALL property searches are done by coming to the Building Department
  • We will provide you with a clean and private space to view the file(s)
  • You may take photos or scan documents with your phone
  • Fee: $5.00/file
  • We DO NOT accept Credit Cards
  • Large format copies can be made in the Town Clerk's Office for an additional fee of $10.00

The Building Department administers the permitting of residential and commercial construction within the community, in conformance with Connecticut State Building Codes.

Residents and/or Contractors are welcome to set up an appointment to consult with the Building Official
