BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Appeals, Town of Easton will hold public hearings in March for those having grievances with Real Estate & Personal Property values on the 10/1/2023 Grand List and 2022 Motor Vehicle Supplemental Grand List.  Appeals to the board must be, completed IN WRITING ON THE REQUIRED FORMS on or before Tuesday, February 20, 2024 per State Statute for a hearing.  The Board will notify taxpayers as to the date, time & place of hearing. Please contact the Assessor’s Office at 203-268-6291 for an application packet.  Applications are also available for download on the Board of Assessment Appeals page of the Town Website at https://www.eastonct.gov/board-of-assessment-appeals.
