The task of creating a cohesive plan of action for the future of the Easton Parks & Recreation Commission by:
 

1. Clarifying a vision, mission and values
2. Defining a scope and strategic priorities
3. Developing measurable goals
4. Outlining an approach and strategy to meet those goals
5. Recommending a plan with timelines and performance targets to the Easton Parks & Recreation Commission for adoption
