Stay Safe During Hot and Humid Conditions
The Town of Easton is expecting hot and humid weather conditions through Friday, with heat index values approaching 100°F. In addition, isolated to scattered strong to severe thunderstorms may develop during the afternoon and evening hours.

Protect Yourself from the Heat
•  Drink plenty of water throughout the day
•  Spend time in air-conditioned buildings when possible
•  Limit outdoor activities during the hottest part of the day
•  Wear lightweight, loose-fitting, light-colored clothing
•  Apply sunscreen and reapply as directed
•  Take frequent breaks in shaded or cool areas

Never leave children, vulnerable adults, or pets in a parked vehicle—even for a few minutes.
