TOWN OF EASTON AND REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 9

REFERENDUM RESULTS – MAY 5, 2015

 

1.  Shall the Town of Easton appropriate the sum of $42,943,005 for the annual budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016? (This includes Easton’s share of the Region No. 9 budget.)

YES: 546                    NO:  276

Passed overall by 270 votes

2.  Shall the Regional School District Number 9, composed of the Towns of Easton and Redding appropriate and authorize expenditure of $23,143,685 as the operating budget of the District for the period of July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016?  (Easton’s share is $10,808,101 and Redding’s share is $12,335,584).

Redding          YES:    1022    NO: 548

3.  Shall the Regional School District Number 9 appropriate $1,040,647 (Easton’s share currently equal to 45.9% or $477,657; and Redding’s share currently equal to 54.1% or $562,990) and authorize bonds and temporary notes in the same amount for roof replacement at Joel Barlow High School?
