Notary Public Services and Information
To have a document notarized, the service is FREE to Easton residents and $5.00 per document for non-residents.
Notary Public Services are available with the Town Clerk office Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Reminders:
- Please bring your own signing instrument (blue pen); and as always, DO NOT sign the document before notarization.
- Provide valid (not expired), state-issued photo identification or two (2) other forms of identification.
- Documents that we DO NOT notarize include wills, living wills, pre-nuptial agreements, I9s or any document that will be recorded on the Easton Land Records.

The Notary Public Manual will not be distibuted in the Town Clerk Office and is ONLY available online.
