Obtaining an Absentee Ballot is a two-step process:
(1) Submit an Application for an Absentee Ballot and 
(2) Then, obtain an Absentee Ballot.
Request (Application for an Absentee Ballot) MUST be received no later than November 1, 2021 before 4:30pm.
The application may be dropped off in the Official Drop Box, mailed, or given in-person to the Town Clerk's office.


Voter Registration Lookup and Absentee Ballot Information 

For this November Municipal Election, Absentee Ballots MAY be mailed by the Town Clerk.
1. Print, Complete and Sign the Absentee Ballot Application
2. Please deposit application in the Official Drop Box.
3. Ballot will be mailed to you or you request to pick-up ballot (please note pick-up on application).
4. Once you have completed your ballot, you may either deposit the ballot in the Official Drop Boxmail to the Town Clerk’s Office (225 Center Road, Easton, CT 06612) or drop off in -person at the Town Clerk's Office.
* Due to possible USPS delays, we strongly encourage voters to use the Official Drop Box for drop off of both applications and ballots.

PLEASE NOTE: Monday, November 1, 2021 before 4:30pm (regular business hours) is the LAST DAY for the Town Clerk Office to issue an Absentee Ballot! 
Town Clerk office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (closed 1:00pm - 2:00pm).
Call, in advance, if you are in need of an alternate time to pick-up your ballot. We will do our best to be available for you!

Ballots MUST BE RECEIVED / RETURNED to the Official Ballot Box no later than 8:00 p.m. on the day of the Election.
