Agency Profile

Easton Volunteer EMS was established in 1946 and using the back of a garage as our headquarters, and one Cadillac station wagon we responded to 64 calls. With the support of our town government, residents and volunteers, we now have two ambulances, our own headquarters, and we responded to 508 calls in 2020.

Our volunteer members are professional business people, lawyers, teachers, nurses, police officers, retirees, stay at home moms, and students. Each member proudly represents our service and continuously demonstrates their dedication to compassionate care, highest clinical standards, and a genuine commitment to each and every member of the Easton Community.

It is the training, dedication, and total commitment of all of the members that make the service what it is today. The many hours of work are rewarded by lasting friendships, mutual respect and the self-satisfaction received from team participation in a job well done.
