Notary Public Services and Information

To have a document notarized, the service is FREE to Easton residents and $5.00 per document for non-residents.

Notary Public Services are available with the Town Clerk office Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Reminders:

  • Please bring your own signing instrument (blue pen); and as always, DO NOT sign the document before notarization.
  • Provide valid (not expired), state-issued photo identification or two (2) other forms of identification.
  • Documents that we DO NOT notarize include wills, living wills, pre-nuptial agreements, I9s or any document that will be recorded on the Easton Land Records.

All notary transactions -- including new applications and renewals -- can be completed online.
The Notary Public Manual will not be distibuted in the Town Clerk Office and is ONLY available online.
