for the November 3rd Municipal Election

Absentee ballots for the November 3rd election will be available at the Town Clerk’s Office in Easton Town Hall on October 2nd. Polling is from 6:00am – 8:00pm on 11/3/2015 at Samuel Staples Elementary School located at 515 Morehouse Road, Easton.

Absentee balloting is available for those individuals who cannot vote in person for one of the following reasons: active service in the armed forces; absence from town during all hours of the election; physical disability; illness; or religious tenets. An application must first be completed, and then the ballot can be issued to the applicant in person or mailed to the address indicated on the application. A voter may apply in person for an absentee ballot at the Town Clerk’s Office, and vote at that time. A ballot cannot be issued in person to anyone other than the applicant. Completed, dated and signed application should be sent to: Easton Town Clerk, 225 Center Road, Easton, CT 06612. Upon receipt of the completed application, your absentee ballot will be mailed to you.
