Additional Saturday Hours for Absentee Ballots

Additional hours for absentee ballots will be held on Saturday, November 5th from 8:00am – 10:00am.

Absentee balloting is available for those individuals who cannot vote in person for one of the following reasons: active service in the armed forces; absence from town during all hours of the election; physical disability; illness; or religious tenets. An application must first be completed, and then the ballot can be issued to the applicant in person or mailed to the address indicated on the application. A voter may apply in person for an absentee ballot at the Town Clerk’s Office with proper identification, and vote at that time. A ballot cannot be issued in person to anyone other than the applicant. An application for absentee ballot may also be mailed to an applicant upon request. Absentee ballots are also available at the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours of Monday -Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm. Completed, dated and signed applications should be sent to: Town of Easton, Attn: Town Clerk, 225 Center Road, Easton, CT 06612. Upon receipt of the completed application, your absentee ballot will be mailed to you. All ballots MUST be received by the Town Clerk by 8:00pm November 8th.
