Currently all property within the Town of Easton is valued using the cost schedules that were developed during the 2021 Revaluation. When a new structure or modification is made to an existing structure the Assessor's Office receives notification from the Building Department, the Assessor will conduct a physical inspection of the property and record all changes.
The Town of Easton revaluation has been completed as of October 1, 2021.
